Aspire One E100 netbook

Acer is stepping into new territory as it introduces the Aspire One E100 netbook. It appears like the D255, but this dual-boot Android/ Windows netbook is loaded with education software, hence the “E” on its name. The netbook is a collaboration between Acer and the European Schoolnet.
Features include a 10.1-inch display with 1024 x 600 resolution, an unspecified Atom processor, 1GB of RAM, 250GB internal storage, WiFi, Bluetooth, Ethernet, and up to eight hours of battery life. And because it caters to students and teachers, it contains added specs such as a customizable cover where the school logo can be placed, as well as a pocket where name tags can be inserted.
No official word yet on when the Acer Aspire One E100 will appear in the European market, or whether it will even land in other countries.
